Who processes the data

skirukha.by is the personal website of the musician Pavel Skirukha. The site is fully static: there is no database, no user account area and no server-side processing of visitor data.

What data is collected

The site does not ask for a name, email address, phone number or any other personal data. There are no sign-up or newsletter forms.

The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. No visitor-tracking cookies are set.

Visit statistics

Cookie-less analytics may be used to understand overall traffic. It collects only anonymous technical data: the page, the referrer, the device type and the country. This data cannot identify an individual and is not combined with other datasets.

External services

Links to Spotify, Apple Music, Yandex Music, YouTube, Deezer, TIDAL, Amazon Music, Audiomack, OK and Instagram lead to third-party websites, where their own privacy policies apply.

YouTube videos load only after you explicitly press the play button. Before that, your browser sends no requests to YouTube other than fetching the video thumbnail.

The Spotify preview player also loads only after you click. Once loaded, Spotify’s own privacy policy and cookies apply. This site sends Spotify no data about you.

Payments

At the time of publication the site accepts no payments. When payments are enabled, the entire payment flow is handled by the payment provider. The site never receives, transmits or stores bank card numbers.

The current version is always published on this page together with its update date.
